Our CENTURY 21 Shutters & Sails Regional Relocation Center is housed in the Eastern CT Chamber of Commerce building, plugging us in to the most up-to-date news and changes in the region. Our agents live and work in these communities and are an asset to anyone moving into or out of our service areas.
MILITARY RELOCATION
Southeastern Connecticut is home to Naval Submarine Base New London in Groton, the United States Coast Guard Academy, numerous National Guard units, and thousands of professionals supporting the mission at General Dynamics Electric Boat.

More than half of our agents hold the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation from the National Association of REALTORS®. Several are veterans or spouses of active duty service members.
